I like the cover too. I know you had strong feelings (ehhemm) about her zombie series Aftertime but this is different than that series.
Maybe I'll give her another chance one day. :)
One day! :) It is hard to go back to an author when you had such harsh feelings about another work they wrote.

I just can't *stand* the thought that I might be missing out on something great. I used to only read King and Dean Koontz, and I was so afraid to step out of my comfort zone. Now I try just about everything. I gave Ann Aguirre several chances, and it paid off. :)
