If you are struggling to come to terms with modern living, social media, relationships and understanding where you fit into the world, you could go a lot worse than read this book.
I especially liked the "Just imagine bit" where we see all humans as just that, they way we see all turtles as just turtles. The techniques used to try and contain anxiety are well worth knowing.
