we meet Jess Harley Which is caught stealing a cristyal orb from Mary Bones.She turns him in to a Letterhead when she finds him in NY selling it.He runs in to shredder and shredder convinces him the turtles are a part of Mary Bones Crew.The turtles run in to letterhead bebop and rockstedy. They fight and then the turtles tell letterhead that shredder was lieing and brakes the brige they where on.

They go to a aquamarine and meet a guy that later turtles in to man ray. Shredder runs in to him and he was planing to blow up the statue of liberty. the Turterls beat them and watch the fire works in victory.
