The writing is a nightmare, and I don’t say that lightly. There is no clarity, and while I’m a fan of circling back to a subject multiple times, doing it in the same exact words is stylistically suspect. The ideas are great but the writing is a slog. I’m a theorist myself and I find this unnecessarily difficult.
