this reread just confirms the fact that this is my favorite schwab book & that victoria schwab is definitely definitely one of my absolute favorite authors

eli ever can go choke

my heart genuinely aches for victor. i’m always amazed at how schwab is able to write such realistic characters.

also,,, i would gladly sell my kidney to see this book as a well-produced/directed movie. it has such amazing potential.

are we supposed to like eli? because i did at first but now i’m pretty meh about him
