She was almost raped (I don’t know where to draw the line so she might have been raped) by the guy she trusted to break her out of this abusive relationship and know suddenly she realizes that she loved the guy that had raped her beforehand????

On one side the book was really addictive and I couldn’t put it down and I was mostly happy with the ending, though that plot twist came out of nowhere!
But let’s address the elephant in the room: the continues rape.
It was rape.
She entered this really bad depression because of it and even hated him in the end...
How did that change so quickly?!?!

Ok so I’m very conflicted about this book....
I thought it would be this “light” (I mean it was rather dark to begin with but you know what l’m trying to say) romance novel with the dark twist...
And oh boy did it deliver on that last remark..!
It was hella twisted and dark!
I really can’t decide on what rating to give this book...
