I don't know, I'm cautiously pessimistic, with the potential for being excited.

Lau LOL, that's a good line of thought. I guess I'll know better when I see the first cast images...
Let's just hope they don't change the story too much, like they usually do with series based on books.

I'm not sure whether they'd change anything, per se... But they will have to do something if they mean to stretch the book into a series. DG writes a lot of descriptions, inner monologues, long dialogues... While reading, I love these things. On TV, maybe less so?

Lau Yes, of course! what I meant was for them to not change significant things like they did with Game of Thrones, Vampire Diaries or True Blood ;)

I hope they respect Claire's eye color. It's silly, I know, but it would be like making Jamie blonde.

Riight. Of course :)

I hope so, too, but it was always described as such a strange shade, I'm not sure I can even imagine them. And I know it's not fair, but getting Jamie at least halfway right (because no one can BE Jamie) is much more important to me. He's just... I just... You know. :)
