Right off the bat you can conclude Bex is the average teenager, has a girlfriend and exploring whatever , wherever he can. The book explains how Bex uses his free time exploring urban tunnels and abandon buildings for fun. In the first chapter of the book I wasn't sure where it was going with the plot but once the character Kieren was brought into it and his whereabouts were exposed I knew it was leading to trouble.
