Whow, I did not expect that... Must be the book i had the easiest time to get really into the mood of in the last four, five years? I basically enjoyed it from the first page on, which practically NEVER happens. Hoping this will continue.

Still not too much information about how the friggin' magic works, but the police angle seems to finally develop into something like a coherent story. Still like it.
