It was ravishing at the start, in reading Sibbes’ exposition of the Song of Solomon; then it began to become repetitive, and a bit dry. But I look forward to chewing on what I read once again, if not here, then in the Word itself, the sacred scriptures that point to our Love, the Lord Jesus Christ.
