The quantum theory of the electrodynamics has become a model for all quantum field theories.
Forces are transmitted by fields.
But in quantum field theories the force fields are made of bosons.

Bosons are the elementary particles that make up the force fields by flying back and forth between matter particles, transmitting the forces. A matter particle, such as an electron, emits a boson, or force particle.

When it comes to measuring the position and velocity of subatomic particles, the precision of your measuring instruments is still important the uncertainty principle imposes additional limits on your ability to determine both the position and velocity of a subatomic particle would still be uncertainty in your measurement and any measurement uncertainty from your instruments gets added to the quantum uncertainty.

The better your measuring tools, the less uncertainty there will be in your measurement.

Quantum superposition is a fundamental principle of quantum mechanics where a physical system—such as an electron or photon—exists in multiple states, locations, or configurations simultaneously.
Instead of having a single definite state, the particle exists as a "wave function" of probabilities, only settling into one state upon measurement

Does objective reality exist?

The effective is only moderately successful in predicting behavior because, as we know, decisions are often not rational or are based on a defective analysis of the consequences of the choices. That is why the world is in such a mess.

Because it is impractical to use the underlying physical laws to predict human behavior, we adopt what is called an “effective theory “.
In physics, an effective theory is a framework created to model certain observed phenomena without describing in detail all the underlying processes.
