If we use this system for thirty minutes a day, twice a day, we will experience great results. If we keep working with it, even within the first few days we can have results. Generally, it takes one to two months. It keeps getting better; it never gets worse. We keep hitting higher plateaus because we're learning to work with our energy - if we can remain consistent.
