Seems like this is the beginning of the end! Byron is obviously different from Mark & much more mature in is actions & choices! Looks like he’s starting to see they are a little too different lately

What I find eye opening in this story so far is how young these characters are (assumes to be in their teens 16-17) & they are fighting, drinking beer & smoking cigarettes! No adults are being mentioned so far as giving structure or discipline. It’s like they do what they want when they want. If that’s how it was back then I can see now why things are they the way they are now in society!

It’s a bond that seems unbreakable so far! Mark & Byron have a brother bond that has seen many different trials in the short life they have lived! Cathy new love interest in Byron’s life & Mark just got a bottle to the head from a fight that had nothing to do with him. So far okay read!
