I wish that Javier never had disappear in the desert. Miguel, Elena, and Javier were 19 hours from the border but a sand storm happened. Elena saw Javier's backpack but thy couldn't find Javier so they kept going. Miguel took Javier's backpack and his water so Elena and him could survive. in the the cold nights, and watch for snakes ,[etc.]
