The audio book is pretty tedious to listen to. The narrator’s approach is stunted and choppy and there are innumerable mispronunciations anyone from the general area would not have made. Even words that should have been nationally known such as Tuskegee are mispronounced. It’s clear the narrator is a reader but not a storyteller. That said, the content is interesting and picks up the further into the book you get.
