Attempt 2. I set this book aside when Ned Stark turns into a mental midget and warns a known killer that he is going to grievously harm her and her children. HELLO, they killed the prior Hand of the king. I couldn't deal with the stupidity. Maybe I've grown more tolerant of moronicness. We'll see.
