I bought this book for my mother in 2017, and she ignored it. After watching the Netflix show and thoroughly falling for the hype, I stole if from her and began skimming it along with the TV advice. My wardrobe has already been halved and my drawers delightfully appear to belong to someone with OCD, as it's all colour coordinated and folded upright. Next step is books, my real challenge!
