It has been over 22 years since I last read a Quantum Leap novel.
I remember a time when I couldnt get the latest book in my hand fast enough - a time when my reading varied from the latest Trek or Next Generation novel, the newest John Gardner Bond book, and the occasional Sherlock Holmes novel. (With some side trips with The Stainless Steel Rat, Bill the Galactic Hero, Darwin, the Talking Dolphin and Jack Ryan).

Wow- tonight's reading just blew my mind.
The part about how Sam's little trips and changing things can have consequences on the staff of Project Quantum Leap hasnt really been something I think about to much. Sure, there was the "Sam's the father" trilogy. And the "Sam has a wife' part was something else - but even they talk about sometimes, that wife is not part of their project due to Sam's work in the past.
