Isn't that in the Natural History Museum? Or does the British Museum have a copy of the same statue (his fame would certainly warrant that)?

We went to both of them and I mixed it up. That's what I get for posting updates after having 2 hours of sleep last night and traveling across countries and functioning for 17 hours today. Thanks for correcting me! :) Did you go to both of them?
*lol* No problem. I was just wondering if maybe the British Museum had an exhibition about Darwin as well.Sadly, I didn't have the time for both as I spent an entire day in the NHM (so I missed out on the Science Museum too) but that only means having to go back to London (I volunteer as tribute). ;P

Ha, I bet. To be honest, I much preferred NHM over British museum. I will be honest, I'm not really into history and I get bored easily, so interactive exhibitions at NHM were a big plus for me. Also, NHM is much easier to navigate, since it has a clean order you can follow to see all sections of the museum.
British museum on the other hand... It's overwhelming. I feel like I could be there for weeks and I still couldn't see everything. There is so much to see in just one room and there is A LOT of different rooms and sections and periods to see.
But both of those museums were pretty exhausting. Since they are free and we went during the weekend, there was a lot of people, so I couldn't really fully enjoy it (especially the NHM since there was a lot of parents with the kids) when people kept bumping me and there wasn't much space to breathe. I was looking forward to seeing the dinosaurs, but I skipped half of the exhibition because it was completely crowded and I felt like passing out almost.
I have a good sense of direction and sharp elbows so I should be fine. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! But it's really cool that they are free.

And my elbows need sharpening. Honestly though, if I knew you visited London before, I would have asked you for some advice!
Well, it wouldn't have been any help with the British Museum since I haven't been there (yet). I thought it was very nice (and funny) that they handed out maps in the NHM when you entered and that the different areas were colour-coded. *lol*

Maybe that was just my impression though, because like I already said, my sense of direction is terrible, so maybe I was reading it upside down or something :D
