this poem is about woman being hurt by man and she blames her dad because he was violent with her but she trusted him either way that is the reason why she trusted this man.Her dad never taught her what love was so she thought that having sex was love but she felt no love and the gy just played with her and used her and she did not know how to stop it .it is pretty much talking about toxic masculinity.
