Once again the book is beginning to get stale. At this point I plan on just finishing the book.

I just read a very interesting section about the design of Paralympic wheelchairs. I never knew how much science went behind their design.

The last section I just read on weightlifting, dealing with proportions, was absolutely fascinating. I enjoyed most of these sections I read today.

The stories are beginning to become a bit repetitive... I don’t know if I will continue to read this book

This book relies heavily on physics. I am glad I know enough background information from physics class.

I just read a section about the decathlon and it’s scoring breakdown. The science behind the scores is absolutely incredible.
