After much background this book is getting into what I expected. Info on how artificial and natural flavoring is done is the kind of info I was hoping I would learn. I am looking forward to the rest of the book.

I liked the start of the book but now I am in a part of the book where the author is going on at length about the evangelical Christians and the seedy parts of Colorado Springs. I am not sure how this relates to the fast food industry??? Eager to see if and how he will connect these subjects to the fast food epidemic?
