This book is making me wince so much. I usually find it entertaining when Americans try to describe Canada/Canadians. They're either hilariously on the nose or totally off base. There's never an in-between.
But Lewis is an abrasive guy to start with and it's mostly just cringey. Such gems as:
"A Canadian from Canada."
"Toronto is a foreign country"

Basically so far a bunch of Wall Street Assholes join a Canadian bank and are pissy that it's not the corporate culture they're used to:
"It was as if a tribe of 1980's Wall Street alpha males had stumbled upon a time machine and as a prank identified the most mild-mannered, well-behaved province in Canada and teleported themselves into it."
