There are a ton of good ideas in this book. There are also great garrulous masses of misplaced exposition and a ton of gratuitously horrid details. Kind of a good Lenten penance for myself, listening to this while driving around Indianapolis around mealtimes.

At the moment I can't imagine going on to read any of the sequels.
