2. Diction helps to. I became very lazy if I need to write. It is tiring as well. So basically argument is to add as little friction as possible in writing.
So, record or transcribe your writing if you find typing is too much of the work.

1. Make writing mobile. Make it super comfortable and convenient to write. You do not need a perfect setting. Try to write in different settings so that at least you complete the 8-minute session every day.
I found this a very good advice. One should add as little friction as possible until the act of writing becomes effortless.

A pretty short guide, which I feel I can be formatted as a blog series or be captured in a talk as well.
Usually 25 minutes like the Pomodoro technique does not work well for starters who want to write because 25 minutes is still difficult to make people focus.
8-minute is ideal because the author thought it is enough to get started and get the writing going. And write in the morning as the most important task.
