There is so much more to this story than just a "game" thrown at them by the overseers. They are in a D/s relationship, but it doesn't extend past that. There are issues that are unknown, lives outside of Las Palmas and challenges that need to be met. I had no idea what I was in for when I started this book!

So, I'm about 1/3 of the way through, and already I can tell that this is different from the previous books in the series. I get the feeling that they are both hiding from who they really are and this book just goes to show that sometimes what you think you need, isn't what you need at all.
