rape, dead babies, and shuffling zombie vampires. somehow it all makes a slight bit of sense. but it sounds like a tasteless joke waiting to happen and I'm not sure I like it

I'm not a huge fan of the writing style. And some of the content is really .... blurry. Not adult or romance but just ... trashy.

It's been very touch and go. I read the first 10 percent and misplaced my kindle for about a month. I'm back into reading, and reread the beginning. I'm about 1/3 of the way through and some things I really love, other things I'm ify about. I'm willing to keep reading and see how this all turns out.
