If this book was going to be made a movie, the scene I would want to include is when Dr. Watson met Sherlock Holmes. I think this is an important scene because this scene explains why Watson met Holmes.

The first chapter of the book starts with Dr. John H. Watson in Afghanistan. Then he came back to London to live in a hotel. One day in London he met with Stamford an old friend, that day Stamford told him about Sherlock Holmes and that he was looking for a roommate. Later Dr. Watson met with Sherlock Holmes and now he is trying to know what is Sherlock Holmes' job and how he knew that Watson was in Afghanistan
