I’m so glad for the author’s note in this because it’s given time for me to prepare myself for what I’m about to read.

My own dysphoria right now is quiet and calm, it’s there but it’s in the background as it always is. Two paragraphs in and I’m already being hit with feelings, feelings that would be a lot harder to deal with if my dysphoria was at its strongest.
