It’s a slow start so far. There’s lots of descriptive writing which is slowing down the plot for me. Sometimes it’s great to describe lots of things but the writing feels choppy.
I hope that since it’s just the beginning that it gets better. If it doesn’t by ch. 7 then it’s going in my lost interest and DNF shelves.
