So I was reading this book and enjoying it. But I put it down to go on a trip and took a longer book - Essential Scrum. That book is a better reference book on scrum - but it's a little dry and a bit repetitive. And I got back from my trip and picked this book back up. It's just more fun. But then I realized what the difference is. This one is basically a screed, a manifesto, propaganda.
