It gets a 4 because it's not finished yet. When I reached the words To Be Continued at the end of Chapter 8 I just about cried. I'm a sucker for Scott Lynch's writing as I quite enjoy the comic touch he threads into his words. Hopefully this and book three in his Gentleman Thieves series gets finished ASAP.
