Very. But it depends on your level of math and physics as well. It's a whole series of (three) books, starting with Classical, Quantum and Relative mechanics. So if you don't know much about physics, I would strongly suggest you start with the first one, skip quantum and then try Relativity.
It is not just an introduction to Relativity BTW. It has the equation and everything included, so it's more like a textbook, but targeted to the layman
