Two chapters in and I’m seeing a vast sum of spiritual and religious information accumulated over the years begin to make sense. References made to human instrumentality in foreign pop culture (a la Evangelion) are brought to light and understood in a much deeper sense as well; hidden truths are brought to light, and very clearly.

There is much in my prior studies that is coming together here. I’m loving this section on the methodology of Kabbalistic geometry so far.

So, it only took me 200 pages of intermittent, but steady, plodding to understand the structure of this book. Leet sets up the importance of each section with an argument—a sort of proof—for the work that follows. It’s excellent, but much of it is, admittedly, way over my head. I’m still learning quite a bit, however, and look forward to returning to this book a second time to glean what I missed on this first read.

Working my way through the final argument in part 1 was a little challenging: several assumptions are made that I was asked to accept before the proof was brought to bear. Very interesting. Some clarified concepts here that will take some time to digest.

I’ve gotten into a discussion on language where Leet claims that words arise from the thing they label in a naturally occurring way and that these labels are not arbitrary. However, so far, all I take from this discussion is a matter of association. I’m curious to see how this continues to unfold.
