If "Authority is constructed and contextual," how can librarians be neutral? And should we be? Very interesting discussion in the chapter on neutrality at the reference desk. Also a quote from Desmond Tutu, 'If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.'
