That's it. It's done. The words 'The End' now close off one of the most enjoyable, exciting, heart-racing and heartbreaking series of books I've had the pleasure of writing. These characters have taken me on one amazing whiskey-soaked, straight-shootin', sexy-ass, rollercoaster ride. I love them, and I'm deeply reluctant to let them go. But their story is over. Or is it? ;)

“Anything to declare, Captain?” she asked, her smile a wry, sideways tilt of her lips.
“Only a few tons of explosives, a fuck load of murderous intentions, and a bottle of whiskey.”

Holt scoffed and peered down at me. “It takes more than a uniform to make a fleet officer.”
“The ability to bend over and take Chitec up the ass?”
Holt’s eyes narrowed. “Do you have a problem with officers, sir?”
