Fiance and I have been discussing about socialism, communism and capitalism and their impact on inclusion, secularism and gender equality. We need to understand this in depth. Also, examples of countries which could be socialist, secular as well as better on gender equality index (a country where this model was successful) would help. And literature around this. Please recommend.

Wow! That is a lot to find in one book! Maybe break it down a bit?! I am impressed though, I want to add!

Literature around comparisons of capitalism, socialism and communism is also okay. Except Das Kapital and The Communist Manifesto because those we know sort of.
The other part as to whether the socialist/communist models would also go hand in hand with secular, gender equal models can be done separately. :\
It still sounds complicated. But two three books addressing one or two things out of all should be okay. :(
