Enjoyed this. Interesting storyline about small town America, corruption, bullying - institutional and familial. Some of the characters are a little sketchy, and stereotypical and I felt they could have been filled out more, but the relationship between Lydia and Bill is interesting. This story is told from Bill's point of view and I suspect it answers questions about his background from previous titles in the serie
