The humor and phenomenal writing alone make this text worth the read. The subject matter, I am sure people will make their own radical opinions of.

I have many thoughts on this text but must summarize as follows: If you ask “What is yoga?” as in philosophical, historical yoga, this book will only answer 1/3 of your question. It will answer, “What is possible with yoga?” but not “how to” nor the “why” of yoga.

It does reference good sources for the latter questions, and its overwhelming determination & sincerity in answer to the first makes the book worthwhile.
