Ingots Of Gold - a sea fairer story involving Spanish Galleons laden with treasure, Whitsuntide, new friends and gardeners. Not as strong a story as others in the book.

The Idol House of Astarte - a faux supernatural tale as explained by Dr Pender the old clergyman of the parish. A very obvious solution that only very few would solve. Delighted that I am in the majority and didn’t have a clue. Brilliant.
