Bought this to reread Discovering Japan, one of my favourite short stories. Wish someone would turn it into a film. I love the lives of the chaotically destructive, yet cool and apathetic characters that Ellis seems to pump out with streams-of-consciousness ease.

In a perfect world, Adrian Tomine would take Discovering Japan and draw it into a graphic novel.
