I just realized the Starborn are of darker skin and hair, and are 1.) more “barbaric” (a warrior race) 2.) seem to be working with evil and 3.) are vilified for no good reason

I figured it out: this is the high fantasy smutty version of Otherworld by Jason Segal: sexist, one-dimensional, and boring (and COMPLETELY unnecessarily sexual, might I add)
Everyone makes comments and acts very unrealistically, even if it’s supposed to be set in a medieval/feudal world. I hate this. This WILL be a 1-star book, mark my words.
