Just as the title states, simply put. Alice is put through this her paces in each book so far. Though she was taken from her home and now is used as a sexual slave, life seems good for her. In a quirky way, Alice is accepting her dark side. So far, 3 short books, maybe, it would have read more smoothly as one book.
