Ok I have carried this book around with me since the day i bought it. I struggle with words when I roast. D this just gives me the structure I need if I need it. My copy
Is falling apart, dog eared, cover falling off because I read it and carry it every day if my life. Repeatedly. I highly recommend it.


Some of the wording might seem a bit much for some, but I like it.
