This glaring error of Jack’s wife or ex-wife (described as both in this book) being a meth-head prostitute is annoying me. If you’re going to include that back story be sure it’s accurate. I just marathoned this series & It was his on again off again cop girlfriend who was the meth head. She also got caught for solicitation (dropped) was suspended, stole evidence (drugs & guns), & was caught stealing from Jack.

I wonder if she ever got around to updating the security code to her home alarm system. If I’m not mistaken the code was compromised by her employer.

Finished re-reading the entire series. Excited about this one.

It’s been 3.5 years I think I may need to reread the series.
