Seriously WTF, like now he's making light of eating disorders? "I made myself throw up but don't worry I know about bulimia I'm not bulimic I just binge ate too much and want to be skinny again for my imaginary boyfriend even though I'm the only person left. I think it's kind of gross that a male author is writing a teen girl voice and she is *constantly* calling herself "lardy" and "chubby" and how saying how she needs to lose weight and I'm quite sure that a teen girl who has just lived through a devastating infection that killed a mega shitload of people including just about her entire family is not going to be sitting around talking to herself about being fat.

Not loving it so far. I don't like Kerryl's narrative voice or style. She's too teenagery to be good reading. It's more like an actual teen diary, like something I would have written at that age, but I don't like reading actual diaries. Meg Ellison did diaries well. This one is not as compelling.
