I was DEEPLY touched by a moment in Chapter 17. I had to put the book down. It was between Selah and Charlie. Selah hands Charlie her baby, Galileo. So powerful! When I read, a movie plays in my head. That may have intensified this moment. This simple scene, I believe, is the “gotcha” moment movies look for. Thank you Sara Donati for reminding me, small & simple can cause an earthquake to change things for the better
