Martin chooses to make the right decision for himself and his mother. He feels that he needs to make a change in his life for the better. He's doing it for his little brother Huero. He found the killer and reported him to the police instead of killing him himself. I think he mad the right choice, and thats a good step to a better future.

Martin was chilling with his friends and his little brother always follow him. His brother ended up getting shot from a stray bullet. So we can just say this incident happened at wrong time and place. Martin is going to find the person that shot his brother and get revenge.
