I’m remembering how to find my center, how to sit a proper seiza, and how to extend my circle of awareness—and realizing I’ve been holding my energy stiff, high in my chest and shoulders, maybe for years now. And it’s extended into the way I conduct myself, ungrounded, flailing for connection. I need to resume practice. Just sitting seiza for one minute every morning would be a start.
