It is an alright read, some good insights, but it seems, a lot of time is spent talking about gurdjieff instead of ouspensky. And mostly about his negative influence on ouspensky. Okay then, fair enough, that influence was negative, focus on what is positive in ouspensky's own ideas, as that is what I am looking for in this book!
